Inactive Fee: A monthly $7 inactive fee will be charged for meters not in use. 

Deposits: A deposit of $100 will be charged to all new customers.

New Account Charge: A $25 hook-up fee will be billed to all new accounts.  This includes customers transferring service from one location to another.  The $25 hook-up fee will be waived when a $3,000 installation has been paid.

Re-Connect Fee: A $25 fee is charged to anyone having their water shut off due to nonpayment before it can be reconnected.  When requests to disconnect and reconnect water are excessive, there will be a $25 service charge each time.

Late Charges: A 10% penalty will be charged on all past-due bills. 

Returned Check Charge: A $25 check charge will be levied for any returned checks.  If a customer can get verification from the bank that it was the bank’s error, then the $25 fee will be waived.  If two returned checks are received in one year, only cash or money orders will be accepted.  Checks will again be accepted after one year on a cash or money order basis.

Installation Fees: Installation fees for new services are $3,000 for sewer and $3,000 for water.

Damage Charges: If anyone damages ASWGID property while digging without consulting with our manager and the staff, the person or company causing the damage will be responsible for the cost of parts plus $50 per hour per person for labor during business hours.  After hours the person or company causing the damage will pay for parts and $100 per hour per person for labor.  They will also pay for the use of equipment to repair the break at the current rate.

Equipment Rental Rates: The District owns a Roto-Rutor which can be rented by users at the rate of $100 per hour with one hour minimum.  The Roto-Rutor must be operated by the District’s employee.  The District also owns an In-House Roto-Rutor which can be rented for $30 per day.  The District owns an asphalt saw which can be rented at $35 per hour for asphalt and $45 per hour for concrete with a one hour minimum.  The asphalt saw must be operated by a District employee.  The District also owns a vac trailer which can be rented at $100 per hour plus $30 per hour for the operator.  If it is outside normal business hours, it will be determined by overtime wages.  The vac trailer must be operated by a District employee.

Hourly Labor Charge: All labor for repairs, etc. shall be charged the current employee hourly rate
